Zoë is a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master who merges yoga, dance, and energy healing into a fluid, transformative experience. She fuses Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, and Kundalini with breath-led movement and dance-inspired sequences, creating a rhythmic flow that feels like poetry in motion.

Whether guiding a dynamic yoga practice, deep meditation, or Reiki session, Zoë invites students to explore the balance between movement and stillness.
